Renae Su

I remember when I was in Kazu's class, I wasn't confident that my ideas would work for my thesis project. Kazu, however, was 100% supportive. He reassured me that there are no limits in art. He said that we should have faith in ourselves and try our hardest to create the best work possible.

This image shows two characters drifting in a food. Though they're facing difficulties, they're not afraid. Instead they're finding a way to overcome their challenges and enjoy their lives. It represents the courage and confidence Kazu has helped me to find in my own artwork.

Thank you for everything, Kazu.
